DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Responsibilities
* Drive sourcing/pricing strategies in equipment quotations through various supporting groups and perform pricing analysis to ensure competitiveness
* Provide periodic re-pricing on existing equipment base on requirement
* Co-ordinate global asset team equipment management strategies with various supporting groups for cost reduction opportunities
* Identify opportunity to reduce the asset investment through localization and influence customer to use Flex Preferred Suppliers
* Support global asset team for required equipment pricing checking during Capex process
* Global purchase agreement refresh and Global AVL maintenance.

Job requirement
* Bachelor degree or above大学本科以上学历
* 5 years related working experience in big electric/EMS related manufactory/5年以上大型电子行业采购相关工作经验。
* Can evaluate the supplier with fair attitude and principle, to make sure the related asset cost rationality能够公正，有原则的对供应商进行评估，保证费用支出的合理性
* Good communication skills, build good relationship with suppliers and follow up the principle of equality and multi benefits有良好的沟通能力，能在平等互利的原则下与供应商建立良好的关系
* Can coordinate the related department to manage the equipment related cost negotiation能够灵活协调各部门，全盘把握资产部相关价格谈判工作，
* Good English background and can speak English well有良好的英文基础及其口语沟通能力
