北京外企FESCO代某世界500强IT公司招聘Premier Support Representative首席技术支持代表


Key Responsibilities
§ Onsite and offsite help desk support to collect information and verify eligibility for support, summarizing the key elements of the technical problem and escalate the problem to the appropriate level if required.
§ Assist the Premier services delivery mainly in products deployment and products operation related documents, such as Windows, System Center, and Exchange Server deployment in enterprise environment.
§ Deliver Microsoft product usage and function related training to the end users.
Experience:
§ Have the degree in computing or equivalent field combined with about 5+ years of relevant working experience in Microsoft products and technology.
§ Have experience of deploy Microsoft products in large enterprise or complicated IT environment.

Technical Knowledge:
§ Solid understanding of standard client/server, networking, and Internet fundamentals.
§ Knowledge in Microsoft products and infrastructure technology.
§ End customer supporting skill and good soft skill to handle communication between end users.
§ Superior knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in Windows XP/7 deployment and management,
§ Superior knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in Windows Server/Active Directory,KMS and Exchange Server,
§ Microsoft product knowledge such as Windows Server, System Center, Lync
Knowledge on, MDT, PowerShell, Hyper-V, SCOM would be advantageous
Other Non-Technical Skills and Capabilities:
§ Good problem solving and analytical skills
§ Ability to team work and result oriented
§ Self-motivated- working under pressures
