Responsibilities
? Drive and support the automation & efficiency on existing operation workflows.
? Support and manage daily IT works and operation activities.
? Manage/support out-sourced vendors for implementing special digitisation/business analysis/operations projects and coordinate within the business unit.
? Provide support to internal customer service centre operation and operational services to business partners (i.e. out-sourced service providers, banks and insurance companies).
? Provide support to pre- and post-sales support on operation and IT matters for new and existing business partners.
? Monitor the performance of IT service providers and out-sourced software vendors.
? Able to play a full role in all phases of system projects including requirement and feasibility studies, system analysis and design, procurement and installation of computer system, programming, implementation, system nursing and maintenance.
? Provide production supports, handle user enquiries, investigate and fix application problems, handle ad-hoc service requests.
? Analyse and design program components of systems to meet user requirements.
? Prepare and conduct system testing and user acceptance.
? Produce and maintain system documentation.
? Review work for correctness, for adherence to the design concepts and user requirements, and for all progress in accordance with schedules.
? Assure conformance to standards and quality control procedures.
? Conduct user training.

Requirements
? At least 5 to 10 years of IT experience in which at least 3 years of IT experience serving in similar post preferably in banking/insurance/credit card/payment industries.
? Experience in one or more of the following areas – application development, systems analysis/design, implementation, maintenance or technical support of systems.
? Development experience in Mobile Application, Web-based Application, Microsoft .Net, SQL Database, Wechat APIs, Payment Gateway, SMS/Email Gateway and Web Services development On Azure.
? Development experience in Internet Of Things on Azure will be an advantage.
? IT project management and implementation preferably in Agile software development.
? Strong analytical mind
? Strong spoken and written English
? Team player with strong interpersonal skills
? Result-oriented and eager to pick up additional responsibilities
? Adaptive and flexible; able to work on new, ad hoc assignments
? Strong analytical and numerical skills
