职位描述：
Position Focus:
Responsible for seating structure commodity management and new program sourcing, Supplier yearly price negotiation, Price analysis vs. should be cost. Support plant requirements.



Management Scope:
May take as a leader for the structure sub-commodity. Manage a sub- commodity group.


Job Description:
-New program sourcing. Supplier selection and comparison, prepare complete sourcing documents.
-Identify new potential suppliers by visiting and evaluating companies, develops and updates commodity strategy, reviews new add/change suppliers to ensure a qualified, low cost, and strategically located supply base to support current and future material requirements
-Further develop existing suppliers. Continuously improve supply quality and prices;
-Develops strategy to achieve year over year saving target, total cost management concepts required
-Leads related supplier management, participates in major supplier technical and quality issue review
-Support plants to solve supplier delivery and quality issue
-May need to manage a sub- commodity team to lead commodity strategy, on time program sourcing, YOY saving target.etc.

Qualification:
-BS of engineering background , MBA is preferred.
-Requires over 8-10 years working experience.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
-Advanced PC skills (spreadsheets, ERP) required
-Has metal / Mechanisms components purchasing experience
-Automotive Purchasing experience required.
-Strong negotiation / communication skills
-Ability to work in a highly productive, constantly changing environment
-International exposure preferred.
-High level integrity
-Priority setting and time management
-Action oriented / produces results
