职位描述：
Parts Officer (Contractor) 此职位为第三方外包职位，合同期限暂定一年。
Job Description:
1. Work as the contact of overseas internal customers, to deal with orders from quotation to billing;
2. Work as DC’s main contact of SSO team for local customer’s order, to deal with orders from delivery to billing, communicate with SSO team daily, provide supports to Sales Rep. to meet the customer's requirements;
3. Work with Inventory control team, logistics team and warehouse closely to resolve all kinds of problems;
4. Review and analyze backlog daily, arrange shipping on time, identify bottlenecks and then figure out solutions, including but not limited to:
？ Follow up SO and arrange delivery
？ Expedite on material arrival
？ Expedite on payment
？ Expedite on picking up by customer
？ Apply for STO and arrange STO delivery
5. Outbound reliability analysis: if the outbound reliability is lower, analyzing the reason, and take actions. Reach the target of outbound reliability;
6. Customer complaints and customer return handling;
7. Reports analysis;
8. Standby on weekends for emergency cases in turns;
9. Other duties assigned by order officer manager.

Requirements:
？ Bachelor degree is a must;
？ Fluent English speaking and excellent English writing skills;
？ Good skill of Microsoft Excel and Power point;
？ One with SAP experience is preferred;
？ Customer oriented attitude;
？ Proactive in daily work and high sense of responsibility;
？ Ability to work in a team atmosphere;
