职位描述：
岗位职责:

Define and set the strategy for meeting the recruiting demand to ensure that it is in line with the company's business strategy
- Manage and effectively deploy various assessment and selection tools to ensure all positions are filled with candidates qualified in terms of competencies, cultural and motivation fit
- Manage various recruiting resources (internal / external) including search firms and web-based recruiting;
- Innovate and continuously work on sourcing of e-recruitment channel (social network etc.)
- Liaises with regional functional managers and HR colleagues to ensure that expert recruiting services are provided to the group
- Define employer branding strategy in line with company's market positioning, create and implement recruitment tools and process to maintain employer branding
- Manage and participate in job fairs and campus recruitment
- Work closely with hiring managers and HRBP to clarify recruiting requisitions and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet recruitment target

任职资格:

Qualifications：
- At least 7 years relevant recruitment experience in a similar high volume environment
- Recruitment agency experience is appreciated; Good network in HR manager role
- Proficient in English
