Job requirements

5 years working experience in mechanical machining. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or similar. (If 5 years machining experience, the bachelor degree can be waived.) Be familiar with CNC machine programming. Good command in CAD, UG　Office software. CET 4 or equivalent.

Job descriptions

1、 To be familiar with machining process, special for CNC lathe.

2、 Design fixture with 3D software.

3、 Set up and standardize the CNC program.

4、 Improve productivity by implement continuous improving project

5、 Deal with process problem on site. Design and improve special tooling.

6、 Assist in the project trial and FA of all new products

7、 To be familiar with new parts quotation.

8、Assist in training and developing Shift Leaders and machinists to achieve higher level of technical knowledge and machining skill.

9、TS16949 experience is prioritized

10、Fluent in oral English
