To fulfill needs of fast business growing demand, we are looking for high potential candidates who are willing to work in different cities. You can learn and perform at very good platform with solid development plan to get ready to take key management role within 12 to 18 months.

ABOUT THE JOB The challenging job is to make a better shopping experience in the store and encourage customers to return more frequently and buy more over time. It is expected to work actively to fulfill four tasks of the store:
 
-to act as a highly efficient, and staffed, sales mechanism.
-to show home furnishing solutions full of inspiring home furnishing ideas.
-to serve as a well-qualified home furnishing specialist.
-to provide a day out for the whole family.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include:
-lead and manage the team and work with colleagues to understand local competitor service offers, customers’ shopping behaviors and their living situations, and use these insights to improve customers’ shopping experience.
-lead and manage the team and work with colleagues to optimize the relationship with the customers in order to drive sales growth and sustained, long-term profitability.
-ensure all the IKEA shopping tools are in place, in the right quantity and functioning effectively.
-promote and encourage a customer-focused culture throughout the store to ensure IKEA are first choice for home furnishings and destination for the whole family.
-ensure the team take a responsible, understanding and friendly approach to deal with customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
-ensure the store is always a safe and secure environment for visitors and co-workers.

YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
-You have experience of working in a customer-focused successful service industry, responsible for managing a large team.
-You have a passion for getting the best for the customer
-You are skilled at setting expectations for colleagues and provide clear direction and follow up.
-You are a confident communicator and leader who can delegate responsibility.
-You have proven record of consistently meeting agreed budgets and goals, and working on plans in excess of one year.
-You can prioritize and organize your work and the work of others to make the most efficient use of time available. 举报 分享
