Job Title: Ocean Billing
Location: Shanghai
Working Days : 3-4 days a week
Job Summary:
1.Clerical Support on billing function
2.Stick to Standard handling procedure
3.Issue INV
Job Function & Job requirement:
1.Issue VAT invoice, need to contact with Finance tax team for the invoice matter
2.Need to check the charge list & OFS invoice whether the amount was match, and informed CS to amend if the amount is mismatched.
3.Need to check the monthly charge list & application whether the form was correct.
4.Need to sort out and send the invoice to the correct team.
5.Record for the cancel invoice, send the invoice data report to AR team on time.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
1.College degree or above with Transportation, Logistics, or related major background.
2.Familiar with ocean billing and related ocean operation process;
3.Minimum 1 years working experience in Ocean function in a multi-national freight forwarding /logistics company;
Certifications and Licenses (Optional but advantageous)
Languages and Communication Skills
1.Good English in related fields
2.Good communication skill
