职位描述:
Accountable for Revenue and volume performance and deliver targets of his/her own customers/business hunting.
Improve self effectiveness and efficiency, manage sales pipeline and segmentation, monitor performance against KPI and take corrective action where necessary
Obtain and manage a growing & diverse client base with dynamic sales management tool
Responsible for local External Sales activities and tasks related to the team
Customer satisfaction & loyalty improvement
Track & analyze market development
Other ad-Hoc project related with sales if any
Sales process
Drive both CIF volume to optimize profit and vessel utilization, to maximize CY/FFE and achieve yearly revenue target,
Aggressively explore local market for new business and enlarge account base, improve productivity to agreed level;
Manage the selling process to external customers, including pricing contract negotiations;
Ensure full penetration into and mapping of customer organization
Increase customer satisfaction
Customer Relationships
Own the overall customer relationship for existing customers, as well as potential new customers;
Establish strong, multi-level, win/win relationships with new customers;
Timely drive product promotion and grasp business opportunities through close customer communications;
Timely respond to all related business inquiries internally or externally, and timely follow up on service failure queries;
Effectively handover to Customer Service, Operations, Finance, etc. for terms and conditions agreed with customers
Post sales support
Actively engage Customer Service into the customer relationship to ensure customers know relevant contact points in case of service failures
Provide market intelligence and support Trade and Marketing team on timely adjustment base on market response
