1)Job Description
*Technical support/sales to provide customer a suitable solution for HT(Harness testing) system/Application;
*Drive HT system business/Application in China and strong interface between customer and internal technical team;
*Execute the HT system/AP internally and proceed the project management professionally
*Drive a high level of employee engagement and awareness to promote and align with our corporate culture and guidelines of Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork and Innovation.
*Maintain a high level of customer satisfactions
*Maintain a high level of awareness in regards to industry trends, competitive activity and customer satisfaction within the region China.

2)Education
*Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Automation/Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

3)Work experience
*6-8 years’ experience in customer project management, product management and/or engineering

4)Expertise and methodology
(Business knowledge, languages, MS-Office, etc.)
*Strong skills in harness testing business field (must);
*Strong results-orientation and execution characteristics
*Strong project management skills
*Solution driven intelligence and excellent interpersonal communication
*Ability and willingness to travel in country and internationally as required
*Fluent communication in English (verbal and in written)
*German language is an advantage

5)Other requirement criteria
(Personal related competence as social competence, management competence, strategic competence, willingness to travel, etc.)
*Frequent travelling in China, occasional travel to rest of Asia for special projects.
