Job Description：Mechanical Engineer
Main Duties
1. Design and develop material handling products using sound mechanical engineering principles.
2. Formalize the design documentation with professional methodologies.
3. Develop and maintain cost projections against an established target throughout the development cycle.
4. Participate in the identification and recommendation of new material handling technology solutions.
5. Serve as a technical resource to other departments as required.
6. Provide quality assurance for output as well as serving as a cross checking resource.
7. Assist in the development of specifications for new product requests and enhancements.
8. Create quote drawings for customer service quote specialists in a timely fashion.
9. Clarify purchase order with customer and/ or customer service quote specialist.
10. Configure orders in an accurate and timely manner.
11. Create custom Bills of Material, packing lists, and drawings for orders.
12. Order checking.
13. Do the trouble-shooting on site when necessary.
14. Serve on occasional intra-departmental and cross-functional teams throughout the year
15. The experience of lifting equipment is required

 Specific Duties：
1. Develop　and　maintain　organized　supporting　design　calculations.
2. Create　and　maintain　CAD　product　models　and　layouts　in　Solidworks　
3. Create　and　maintain　CAD　product　detail　drawings　in　AutoCAD
4. Participate developing the product line of Kit Crane
 Job Requirements：
 Minimum Requirements:
a. Mechanical　Engineering　degree.
b. 3　years　or above　professional　experience
c. Ability　to　meet　tight　deadlines　with　high　quality　requirements
d. Good English communication skill on verbal and written.
e. Engineering works on overhead cranes.
 Desired Experience:
 Geometric　Tolerancing　and　Dimensioning.
 AutoCAD; Solidworks.　.　
 Microsoft　Excel　
 Experienced on overhead cranes
    Supervision experience is preferred.
