The Service Manager has the similar working experience as described below:
The Service Managers will have the primary responsibility to deliver the Services within the scope of the Contract.
Primary Service Manager’s responsibilities include:
? Manage delivery team work follow BBA development, testing, deployment rules and regulations;
? Establish delivery quality review and metrics program;
? Review project estimation from team before submit to BBA;
? Construct quality reports of Project, Change Request and bug fix and manage the monthly reporting;
? Introduce the Supplier’s quality processes and delivery models to the Project stakeholder and ensure meet BBA standards;
? Perform monthly Quality Assurance reviews;
? Meet all Service Levels and contractual commitments;
? Devise Service Level measurement tool and measurement processes as defined in Attachment 3.1- Service Levels and Critical Deliverables;
? Provide all Service Level reporting related to development implementation and operations;
? Be responsible for coordinating the delivery of the Supplier’s activities to address the key risk exposures during project implementation and operation lifecycle;
? Carry out regular and frequent assurance reviews of the design and effectiveness of Supplier controls;
? Implement, monitor and report on key risk indicators to identify and address emerging risks;
? Provide consolidated risk reporting to BBA;
? Communicate with BBA stakeholders periodically to report present ongoing Delivery status, issues and risks resolution progress and obtain new requirement foresight;
? Manage Supplier’s responses and actions to address audit points, inspection deficiencies, or control weakness identified during normal operations;
? Report, track and resolve any non-compliances identified from the Delivery Quality Assurance reviews;
? Coordinate Supplier resource among multiple projects and tasks, balance team members’ workload and capacity
? Implement a Customer Satisfaction Survey mechanism for BBA(Customer Satisfaction Surveys)
