Essential Job tasks:
● Distribute the volume based on the allocation from procurement and also the
● Guideline. Conduct supplier performance management;
● Handling relevant documents;
● Coordinate on service requirement and assist in the collection of relevant charges as per SOP;
● Work with agency to handle ad hoc special operational tasks;
Objectives of the position:
● Transshipment connection to mother vessel service for export;
● Dwell time of transshipment;
● Intermodal unit cost;
● Contribution to the cost saving plan;
● Learning opportunities in the position:
● Develop the general knowledge of operation in container shipping;
● Specialize in intermodal service and connection to global network;
● Simplification and standardization of operational process in order to improve both
● Efficiency and effectiveness;
● Following ML’s operating system in the flow of business handling process;

Specific requirements for the position:
● University undergraduate and above;
● Good interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, analysis skills;
● Good communication and stake holder management;
● Result-oriented self-starter with initiative and strong execution drive;
● Proficient English;
● Working experience in container shipping is a plus, but not a must;
