MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
Leading Quality across various pillars - Innovation, Supplier, Systems, customer and Consumer.
DIRECT RESPONSIBILITY
? Quality Strategy development & execution
? Continuous Quality improvement across all pillars
? Quality process compliance in Innovations
? Supplier quality Audits & monitoring Improvement
? Quality System development & Compliance
? Category standards development
? Builds Quality talent (recruitment, coaching, and training).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
? University Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing OR other related fields.
? Minimum 10 – 12 Years’ experience in Quality & manufacturing function
? Preferably from appliance/white goods industry
? Exposure to Quality methodologies and tools like Six sigma, lean, TPM, 5S, ISO and other relevant quality standards.
? Quality expertise, Manufacturing strategy & Operations, Quality Operations, Engineering operations.
? Language –
？ English (Fluent – Reading, writing, Speaking)
？ Chinese (Fluent – speaking)
