职位描述：
Work Scope:
To provide internal & external Finance and Accounting services.

Account Receivables
？ GL account handling: To control the accounts with accounting principle and methodology, ensure the delivery of reports internally or externally
？ Upon bank statement, clear account receivable records in system in time
？ Work with credit team to review the accounts if needed
？ Responsible for internal & external reports compilation and analysis

Bank Reconciliation
？ Reconcile the cash pooling balance on daily basis
？ Clear the payments in system in time

VAT Invoice Issuance
？ Issue VAT invoices upon system transaction records, then make the registration and send to customers accordingly
？ Handle the Red VAT invoice if any

Taxation
？ Co-ordinate with tax bureau and relevant government departments for related issues
？ In charge of income tax liquidation, annual inspection etc, in accordance with the PRC laws and regulations
？ Work with team members to verify VAT input
？ Reconcile the VAT input and output in system, and make the related entries

Travel Expenses Report
？ Review travel expense reports, make sure the staff reimbursements are in accordance with company policy, and all the supporting documents are valid as required
？ Arrange the payments for staff reimbursements on weekly basis, and submit for approval

Other payment
？ Manual book the AP journals related to administrative or project expenses
？ Arrange the payments as required

Required qualifications/skills:
？ Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or other related major
？ 3+ years’ working experience in the finance functions of multinational
companies, among which 2 years on G/L and reporting functions
Familiar with PRC accounting standard as well as one of the major international accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, HK GAAP)
？ Experienced in SAP or ERP system is preferred
？ Accounting certificate, CICPA is a plus
？ Self-motivated, good working attitude
