职位描述：
1.Implements overhaul, innovation and maintenance of all the process equipment, utility facility and inspection equipments and installation of some new equipments to ensure smooth operation of the company production; 根据公司生产计划安排，负责本公司生产、动力设备的大修、改造、和维护等工作的具体实施以及部分新设备的安装，保证公司生产的顺利进行；
2.Ensures equipment running rate above 97%;确保设备运转率在97%以上；
3.Coaches and supervises operators operate equipments according to WI. Ensures the relevant party’s responsibility in TPM to improve equipment running rate; 规划、分配、指导和监督本部门员工严格执行公司操作规程，通过确定TPM相关方的职责，提升设备运转效率，严格杜绝员工违章操作；
4.In charge of management in equipment sector. Improves work environment and efficiency. Make suggestions of improving technical process, process equipment and production environment. Documents the improvement action to daily checklist sheet and WI; 做好本部门管理工作的推行与运用，不断改善员工的工作条件，提高员工的生产效率；提出改进工艺流程、生产设备、生产环境等方面的建议；负责将改善项目中相关设备改善措施纳入日常点检表及协助技术部门更新入标准化操作资料中；
5.Documents equipment, including process equipment, fire fighting facility, inspection equipment records;负责建立设备档案，包括生产和动力设备、消防安全设备、检测化验设备的台帐和维修、保养记录台帐。负责认真完整按时填写交接班记录、备件管理等记录；
6.Makes and implements weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly maintenance schedules and take records; 负责制定生产和动力设备的周、月、季、年度保养计划并执行；负责编制生产和动力设备的大、中、小检修计划，技术改造、制造计划，组织实施并做好记录；
7.Makes equipment parts purchase plan and inventory standard. Supplies technical guide for external parts purchasing and machining;负责备品、备件的采购计划编制和库存标准的设置，并对备品、备件的采购进行必要的技术指导，对备品备件、损耗品等的合理使用和设备修复成本负责。负责部分设备零件维修加工，参与委外维修加工的技术标准的提出；
8.Responsible for the supply of water, electricity and gas. Maintenance air conditioner. Handles utility supply related emergency; 负责组织对水、电、气的正常供应和空调的维修工作，确保正常运行；负责处理与动力系统有关的突发事件（如停水、停电等工作）；
9.Supports and guides TPM daily inspection and training. Responsible for skill training and performance assessment of maintenance workers; 负责支持和指导TPM日常点检的培训工作，包括TPM规程、报修程序、备件管理和维护、维修方法等；负责本部门员工的技能培训与绩效考评管理；
10.Prepares data and reports for project and equipment function. Assists with equipment improvement; 就公司的工程、设备设施项目与活动准备相关报告，提供数据，提出合理化建议；负责提出、参与或领导改善项目中有关设备改善、搬迁、维护和使用方式等部分；
11.Examines investment and budget on equipment innovation and give rational suggestions to management level; 审查公司有关设备改造的资本投资项目及预算的合理性，向管理层提出合理化建议；
12.Takes part in contract making of project and equipment purchasing. Signs the technical agreement and assess the quality of projects and equipments; 参与评审工程、设备设施采购的合同，签定有关技术协议，根据协议要求评估工程、设备设施项目的质量；
13.Makes TPM daily checklist for production equipments. Makes the match scheme of maintenance operators and equipments. Coaches maintenance operators to understand the equipments in order to improve repair efficiency. Attends TPM event assessment;负责各种生产设备TPM日常点检表的制作；负责制定维修人员定人定机方案，并督促维修人员对所负责的设备进行深入了解，以便提高维修效率。负责参与TPM日常点检项目实施后的考核工作；
14.Diagnoses and analyzes equipments which stop working for more than 4 hours. Completes equipment accident report for production manager’s approval. Timely fixes broken down machines and sign off for confirmation; 对影响停产4小时以上的设备故障组织相关人员进行原因分析和故障诊断，填写设备事故报告书，交生产经理审批存档。根据故障报修单，及时处理设备故障，处理完毕后及时签字确认；
15.Assists with training and improvement project in equipment department. Finds problem and makes suggestion. Leads project and ensures long-term implementation of improvement measurement. Responsible for training of equipment sector, supplying training requirement and making suggestion. 负责督导及确保培训及改善项目在工部的顺利实施；负责发现及提出改善提案，领导项目的实施，并确保改进措施的长期贯彻执行；负责协助其他团队的改善项目在本工部的进行；负责向本工部全体员工培训改进措施、纳入工部规定并监督执行；负责提出培训需求及建议。
16.Automation Equipment manufacturing. 自动化设备的研发及制造。

岗位要求:
1.Familiar hydraulic press or CNC machine;熟悉液压设备或者是CNC 数控机床佳
2.College degree majoring in mechanic;工业机械或相关专业本科及以上学历；
3.Over 10 years experiences for equipment maintenance and management; 10年以上企业设备维修与管理经验；
4.Familiar with machines and production process. Master quality management basic knowledge; 熟悉生产流程与相关设备的运用；掌握质量管理基本知识，对公司的设备结构、性能以及使用状况有较全面的了解；
5.Leadership in solving equipment problems. Master production management knowledge and skills;拥有现场解决设备问题、排除故障的领导能力；熟悉工厂各项工作流程及操作；掌握生产作业管理知识技能；
6.Familiar with machine knowledge. Master problem solving skills.能熟练运用机械相关专业知识，分析解决现场实际问题，并提出解决问题的措施和建议。 举报 分享
