职位描述：
（1）为客户提供现场不良品解析和技术支持。
（2）处理客户端关质量问题的投诉。包括现场选别对策，推动实施并追溯产品改善实施。
（3）提交8D报告，追溯改善实施效果。
（4）定期拜访客户，有效维护客户关系。
（5）收集总结并报告产品在客户端的质量表现，及时将质量情报，客户的质量要求与工厂沟通交流。
（6）其他相关工作的配合实施。
