职位描述：
As Configurator/Systems Integrator Senior Engineer, you will direct and participate in the concept and design of complex engineering product or process projects for release to production in a manner to ensure products provide superior performance, durability, quality, and serviceability.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Contribute to the planning and delivery of a project
* Design and promote new components and sub processes
* Perform needs analysis and initiate ideas
* Evaluate new products or processes
* Perform product maintenance
* Keep up to date on new technologies or develop new technologies
* Communicate technical information to customers, team members, suppliers, and other units
* Support and advise other engineers, managers, marketing personnel, customers, and suppliers

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum plus 9 to 12 years experience or a Master's degree in an Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum plus 6 to 8 years experience or a Doctorate degree in Engineering plus 1-2 years of experience
* Excellent analytical skills
* Ability to perform complex assignments
* Self-starter with strong technical leadership skills
* Ability to communicate effectively
