职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、制定学校的发展规划和工作计划，检查各部门执行情况；
2、完成学校的既定运营目标；
3、监督和考核教学管理工作，贯彻我校的教育理念和教学方式；
4、监督和考核市场部及课程顾问部门管理工作，设计合理有效的营销和招生方案；
5、建立、维护与学生家长的良好关系，受理学员家长意见及投诉；
6、校区运营常规工作管理，检查监督学校整体绩效考核工作；
7、市场开发，扩大生源。
任职要求：
1、30岁以上，相关工作经验2年及以上；
2、具有较强的领导能力、组织协调能力，良好的亲和力和沟通能力；
3、具有较强的市场拓展能力，熟悉销售管理办法和市场开发流程；
4、丰富的教学管理能力，积极创新意识；
