Job Desription:

1. Provide face to face customer service to our clients;

2. Liaise with client' HR/Admin, keep them updated for the progress of the shipment if required;

3. Good understanding of moving service and introduce them to our client to try to win the potential repeat clients;

4. Explain the customs regulations to our client.



Requirements:

1. University Degree with CET6 or TEM 8 Certificate;

2. Mature, outgoing, people oriented;

3. Excellent command of English; proficiency in other languages would be advantageous;

4. 1 year working experience in customer service or sales field with multinational corporations, with a good track record of customer satisfactory;

5. Capable of working independently And good team player;

6. Willing to work under intense pressure and results oriented.
