Primary Function:
Establish quality audit, evaluation and monitor system. Responsible for safety operation; Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize process and equipment. Produce products that meet food safety and quality requirements in a timely manner. Opportunity to rotate in functions such as process, quality, engineering, maintenance & SHE to gain cross-discipline knowledge and experience.

Key Deliverables Business:
1.SHE: All activities meet EHS requirements to ensure zero LTIR and TRIR
2.Functional skills: Quickly learns functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment
3.Technical learning: Picks up on technical things quickly; Can learn new skills and knowledge; Is good at learning new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge—like Internet technology; Does well in technical courses and seminars.
4.Planning: Accurately scopes out length and difficulty of tasks and projects; Sets objectives and goals; Breaks down work into the process steps; Develops schedules and task/people assignments; Anticipates and adjusts for problems and roadblocks; Measures performance against goals; Evaluates results.

Agility and Innovation:
1.Continuous improvement: Is proactive in seeking external knowledge to improve own understanding and work output.
2.Problem solving: Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; Probes all fruitful sources for answers; Can see hidden problems; Is excellent at honest analysis; Looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers.
3.Listening: Practices attentive and active listening; Has the patience to hear people out; Can accurately restate the opinions of others even when he/she disagrees.
4.Networking & Functional Excellence: regularly benchmark, both internally and externally, to be aware of latest developments in operations management and take ownership to adopt best practice. Liaise closely with the regional and global experts

6.Team work: collaboration with other department (supply chain, procurement, HR, Finance, etc.) to improve overall efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:
1.Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in food science or engineering related discipline preferred but not essential
2.Language - fluent in both English and Mandarin
3.Solution Finder – high level of curiosity and continuously challenging on better ways to operate, or do it completely differently. Then having the ability to convert these ideas into timely actions
4.Networking & influencing – comfortable and effective at communicating with multiple stakeholders at different levels
5.Customer Focus – always takes actions to meet or exceed customers’ expectations while at the same time trying to take the right actions for the business
6.Lean Six Sigma – ability to use this methodology to clearly define the opportunity for improvement and subsequently develop robust solutions
