职位描述：
Job Descriptions:
- He / she has the responsibility to assist China logistics GM to have internal monitor on customer service levels to all contract logistics accounts and local- controlled key accounts among warehouse operation team and customer service team for China PVG branch.
- He/she needs to assist China logistics GM to evaluate existing contract logistics accounts from which new or more business opportunities can be found.
- He/she will follow up any business task from China logistics GM.
- To draft internal customs service SOP for each contract logistics accounts and to help both C/S team and warehouse operation team to implement it smoothly with further track and trace based on agreed KPI.
- To help China logistics GM to control AR follow- ups among C/S team and operation team.
- To assist China logistics GM to have internal communications for any complaint or failure service case from the clients and also work on future improvement plan.
- To assist China logistics GM to visit existing and potential customers, in order to help team to understand customer service requirements better and secure more business as well.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8-year experience at forwarding/logistics industry. Preferably Customer Service.
- Good skills in English and Mandarin
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication & inter-personal skills.
- Office skills: be good at Excel, Word and PPT. 举报 分享
