Customs affairs manager(m/f)

Your tasks:
职责：
1. Take overall responsibility of import&export, booking and bonded warehouse manuals handling management;
全面负责进出口，船务及加工贸易手册的实操；
2. Create basic date, prepare all needed documents, familiar with whole process of proof of production-ability application, and create bonded warehouse handbook (menu);
根据企业订单建立相关数据，准备相关文件，熟悉生产能力证明办理相关流程，顺利创建通关手册；
3. Handbook/menu management;
手册管理;
3.1.Record of import and export data/menu;
根据进出口报关做相应手册数据记录;
3.2 Change bonded warehouse handbook / menu when needed;
根据订单变更手册;
3.3 Application for domestic sales;
根据实际需求申请料件补税结转国内销售;
3.4 Management of relative documents (Customs clearance, e-handbook, and software)
相关文件（报关单，电子手册，神州数码等）管理;
3.5 Handbook/menu verification management and ensure deposit return in time;
负责申请电子手册的核销，并及时退还保证金等相关事宜;
3.6 Familiar with customs regulations and e-handbook operation, keep updated and do corresponding adjustment timely;
熟悉电子手册管理规则和相关海关管理规定，实时更新咨讯并做相应政策调整;
4. Responsible for e-port IC card (extension), Customs registration certification, annul reporting of registered company and relative administrative affairs;
负责电子口岸IC卡（延期），海关登记证，海关注册企业年报等相关行政事宜;
7. In charge of import and export customs clearance and declaration issue;
处理进出口报关事宜;
8. Keep harmious relationship with Customs and relative government bureaus;
与海关商检等相关政府部门保持良好的合作关系；


Our requirements:
任职要求：
- College graduate or above
- 大学以上学历
- At least 3 years’ work experience in processing trade related tasks
- 至少三年以上加工贸易相关工作
- Chinese native (fluent in Mandarin) and basic command of English in both written and oral
- 流利的英语交流水平（良好的口语交际和书面表达能力）
- Competent in using MS Office applications
- 熟练的计算机操作水平（MS Office）；
- The ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision and willingness to continuously improve processes and own capabilities
- 较强的独立处事并具有持续改善管理流程的能力；
- Strong communication skills to keep harmonious relationship with customs related authorities
- 较强的关务处理能力，与相关政府部门保持良好的合作关系；
- Strong experience in problem solving especially urgent cases
较强的紧急事务处理能力；
