General Objective:

The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for the service and support of SMC internal and external customers. The key aspect of responsibility is aftermarket support, knowledge of customer requirements and the finding of solutions to satisfy those needs to maximise profitability.

技术支持工程师负责对SMC内部和外部的客户提供服务和支持, 主要负责售后支持,客户需求认知和提供最大效益化的需求解决方案。

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to aftermark business; this includes visiting customers in conjunction with the service team to provide in-depth product knowledge.
就售后业务提供技术支持,包括与现场服务团队拜访客户提供深入全面的产品知识.

Collect and archive customers’ equipment information and service documents from service engineers.
负责相关客户信息、服务工程师服务文件的收集和整理归档.

Collect and archive equipment technical documents.
相关设备技术档案和资料的归类.

Register the claim to homebase or supplier and tracking the handling situation and feedback the status to reporter. Handling the claim parts to customer. Provide the claim handling monthly report.
向工厂或国内供应商提交索赔及后续跟踪并反馈给申请人，对客户索赔零件的处理，并提交月报表.

Register the service engineer travelling record to Aurora system EQ module to compensation the service cost and provide the report.
向A urora EQ模块中录入服务工程师出差行程及提供相关报表.

Travelling is required to assist in technical meetings, training, investigating and commissioning.
如果需要, 出差协助技术会议,培训,调研和调试.

Provide regular feedback to site technical support manager / site service Manager / aftermarkt director.
按时提供反馈给技术支持经理/现场服务经理/后市场总监.

Qualifications:
资历要求：

Majoring in mechanical engineering, electric and mechanical background.
主修机械工程专业，电气以及机械背景.

More than 2 years’ experiences in mechanical engineering industry.
两年以上工程机械行业工作经验.

Be very health and willing to travel.
能适应并愿意出差.

Good attitude on customer service.
有良好的客户服务意识.

Ability to work as part of an integrated, broad team.
较强的团队合作精神.

Good communication skill, sometimes as the role of trainer.
有良好的沟通技巧，本职位有时需要为客户培训.

Very good writing about business letter.
有较强的商务函件的书写能力.

Very good English in reading and writing.
有很好的英文阅读和书写能力.

Computer systems literacy is essential.
电脑操作熟练.
