职位描述:
1. New season labelling database creation

-Collect labelling information from HQ quality / production team
-Create new season’s product data files
-Translate as label information to Chinese as per labelling required format
-Be responsible to clarify labelling information with ADL quality team, in case warehouse feedback that label on menswear doesn’t match with label information obtained earlier
-Be responsible to clarify labelling information with ADL quality team, in case fabric pretest result doesn’t match with PRL data.
-Pass on complete label information to warehouse to facilitate labelling printing, and random check hang tag print out is correct

2. New season washing label

-Review new seasonal care labels layouts provided by supplier, to ensure accurate the template of label information, such as composition, size, care symbols, the translation of composition into simplified Chinese characters are as per China compliance standards

3. Compliance

-Provide updates on product compliance regulations to the relevant parties

-Liaison with the group compliance team and Intertek China to meet the overall product category requirements and minimize the compliance risk exposure from products that currently are not subject to specific national or industry standards

-Report non-compliance issues promptly and carry out investigation

-To follow-up improvement actions, relabeling etc.

4. Product information enquiry by custom broker

-Interface with ADL merchandiser / ADL product team for relevant products information required during importation process. Such as plating %, processing method, fabric weight per sq meters. Etc.

Requirement:
- Bachelor degree, major in textile is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years compliance related working experience
- Excellent communication skill both internal and external (Good command of English, both oral and written)
- Self-initiated, quick learner and good data analysis capability
- Good at MS office skills
- ERP software using experience is a plus
