职位描述：
On-site installations & start-up of Ink-Jet Printing equipment.
? Comprehensive customer’s staff training on equipment & software.
? Remote & On-site: troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.
? Tie workflow to schedule.
? Diagnose errors & technical problems: determine proper solutions.
? Produce timely and detailed service reports including:
1- preventative maintenance suggestions,
2- customer’s requirements and expectations.
? Follow all company’s procedures and protocols.
? Build positive and trustful relationships with customers.
? Keep all information confidential and reports it exclusively to the Service Manager.
Requirement:
? 1-4 years of field service experience.
? Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service ink-jet equipment.
? High familiarity with mechanical / electrical environments & tools.
? Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules and travels.
Technical/Certification degree or/and Ink-jet printer experience are a plus 举报 分享
