职位描述：
Responsibility
1.Responsible for local engineering business incl. daily coordination of project requirements, planning, follow-up, trouble shooting, interaction between BU and CO, escalation towards high management for all engine test bench projects in Dalian.

Qualifications
1.University degree in mechanical or combustion engine or related education background.
2.In depth knowledge of powertrain development incl. development processes and standards specially with focus on base engine development
3.In total at least 8 years working experience in base engine development including at least 2 years of project management work
4.Strong sense of responsibility, very pro-active
5.Able to organize and manage projects independently.
6.Strong communication skills in organizing, negotiate, coordinate and solve the conflicts.
7.Proficiency in English language.
