Job Description:

Assists Buyers with the planning, procurement and distribution of finished goods from Asian suppliers.


Responsibilities:


Maintain and modify existing purchase orders to ensure for correct price and shipping date information.
Communicate directly with the suppliers to expedite orders as needed.
Direct the suppliers to ship quantities in the most cost effective manner to ensure sufficient supply to our customers, manageable monthly turns of inventory, minimal surplus charges and consistent production schedule for the factories.
Support the buyers with other procurement related functions.
Build spreadsheet reports for vendor performance.
Communicate with corporate office in US as needed.



Requirements:



College or Bachelor's degree (B. A.);
Good English ability.
SAP highly preferred;
Two years supply chain and buying experience
Excel skill.
Strong sense of urgency, results orientated; excellent time management and organizational skills as well as communication skills.
