Job Description: (For Disney project)



1.Project documents control related activities, fully control all disciplines design documents, subcontractor and vendor submittals to ensure that the correct and current revision is used
2. Extensive data entry, monitor and report on various design change documents.
3. Audit document management system periodically
4. Office admin activities


Job Related Qualifications:


1. Bachelor degree and above
2. 2 years minimum working experience within an international company in document control for large projects.
3. Fluency in writing and reading English
4. Good communication and organization skills
5. Good PC skills working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
