Job Responsibility:
Responsible for the development and execution of the China Healthcare vertical-hospitals
Maintain high level intimacy with key industrial stake holders including end customer, design institute and industrial association. Accountable for achieving AOP in assigned district:
Develops next level and sustainable relationship with existing and potential key customers
Develops consistency relationship with design institute
Supports major opportunities in conjunction with the other regional and district teams
Identify custom key needs and wants , industry standard and technology trend. Understand the security requirements and in a position to provide insight for today and the future.
Provide vertical solution tailor for requirement of customer
Networks effectively both internally and externally to develop strong relationships with clients and business contacts
Drive local tactical initiatives into the business
With the expert opinion and the right solution, connect with the right key accounts and influencers to promote both individual expertise and IR solution.
Job Requirment
Proven track record as a business development professional driving business growth
Strong industry experience. Must understand customers and markets. Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
Excellent team working skills, communication and presentation skills
Strong coaching and influencing skills. Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization and influence without formal authority
