Knowledge, skill and experience:
- 3+ years' recruitment related experience.
- Experience in retail candidates sourcing would be a plus.
- The ability to work towards and meet demanding targets and deadlines for volume campaigns.
- Expertise in various candidate sourcing strategies, such as web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching.
- Experience in behavioral/competency based interviewing.
- The ability to manage candidates through the full end-to-end recruitment process, including running open days and selection centers.
- Fluent in English
