Key responsibilities:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for developing supplier capabilities and driving functional excellence within the sites for their assigned suppliers. They interface with Global Operations Technology, RA/QA, and Operations leaders to drive improved sourcing quality performance.
Resolve complaint investigations involving supplier performance
Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality and cost savings improvements
Auditor for Supplier assessments including technical writing of audit reports, SWOT’s, and 30/30/40 evaluations
Supports workshops on supplier selection, qualification, and surveillance
This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures
Key requirements:
To succeed in the Global Supplier Auditor role, you will need to have comprehensive knowledge of statistical process control, and measurement systems analysis, experience with and understanding of FDA Quality System Regulations and ISO13485.
Scientific University Degree (BS degree) required
ASQ Quality Engineering, Auditor, and Six Sigma Black Belt certifications preferred
Good communication and human relations skills including coaching and technical writing abilities
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Comprehensive knowledge of statistical process control, and measurement systems analysis
Experience with and understanding of FDA Quality System Regulations and ISO13485
Thorough knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance
4 year Engineering degree or equivalent education required
ASQ Quality Engineering, Auditor, and Six Sigma Black Belt certifications preferred
10 years minimum experience managing relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
