Job Responsibilities:
1. Supports the business to implement organizational capability plan and organizational capability building
? Supports talent reviews and facilitates cross business talent move for the following business units:
? Downstream and Chemicals Lubricants
? Oronite
? Project Mudan
? Project Scout
? Supports talent acquisitions and works closely with Hiring Manager to fulfil the hiring plan
? Develops subsequent training plan and curriculum
? Ensures employment compliance
2. Employee Communication
? Partners with business leaders to develop employee communication and engagement plan
? Supports business to analyse Pulse Survey and develops action plans
? Manages Employee relations and improve the two –way communications
3. Performance Management
? Strengthens company performance management system and process
? Fosters performance management culture and make interventions if necessary such as
Learning & Development and Leadership
? Supports to implement business Learning and Development plans
? Supports China leadership development, including program design, mentor program, leadership assessment, 360 feedback processes etc.
? Supports in country reorganizations & portfolio changes
4. Others
? Supports global, regional and country HR new initiatives(as required)
? Provides direct supervision to reports, sets performance and competency standards within country
Job Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related discipline
? At least 8 years’ experience in HR function, with solid working experience in talent management, talent acquisition and organizational development
? Fluency in both Chinese and English to liaise with stakeholders and customers within the region
? Leadership, people management, strategic thinking, planning, business partnering, and collaboration are skills essential to the job
? Must have handled a business unit with over 200 employees
? Great facilitation skills
