Job Title: After Service Manager
Report to: Head of Operation
Main Responsibility:
· Lead the development of national AS network including HK
· Enforce the partner validation and training mechanism
· Ensure that reliable, premium and comprehensive After Sales service is offered to all customers
· Develop and maintain accurate and consistent customer database through an appropriate customer/prospect follow-up process
· Monitor and analyze current services, parts sales and KPI data to develop new approaches to increase After Sales performance
· Develop and deploy After Sales Regulations / Strategies / Policies
· Continuously develop and implement after service tools and system to explore new ways of service level improvement.
· Ensure that all service targets by Amer China are completely and timely
· Establish, build and maintain ongoing working relationships with other departments
· Manage customer feedback that includes the organization of an efficient complaint management
· Provide where needed internal training from sub service center or QC required issue.
· Pursue, encourage, comply and exceed all standards, procedures and guidelines.
Needed Competencies:
· People management skills
· Integrity and professionalism
· Accountability for results are all important for this position
· Negotiation skills
· Proficient in English
Education:
Bachelor degree or above
Needed Work Experience:
· More than 8 years experience, minimum 3 years of after service related working experience
· Have working knowledge of after service establishing structure & customer care principle
· Passion for sports is a plus.
