职位描述

1. PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The purpose of this position is to lead, direct Sales Supply Planning team to achieve the Company's business objectives through building business partnership with distributor, working with distributor on volume allocation planning to smooth company product supply, cooperating with company local sales team to improve sales performance.

2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
ACCOUNTABILITY 1
1. Lead the team to achieve company business objectives
- Achieve shipment and IMS volume target for company product in strategy cities
- Monitor shipment/IMS/Inventory in selected company-non-covered cities
ACCOUNTABILITY 2
2. Build business partnership with distributor and CTI and selected company-non-covered cities
- Set up working mechanism with distributor
- Regular visit to distributor and key cities
- Joint call with partners to local distributor to improve sales performance
- Regular business review with distributor
- Visit selected company-non-covered cities jointly with distributor
- Coordinate with company regional team to ensure smooth communication with distributor
ACCOUNTABILITY 3
3. Sales volume planning and forecasting
- Develop, implement the sales forecasting system to support management decision
- Discuss the volume allocation with distributor with focus on key cities
- Track and evaluate the national sales progress and discuss the issues with distributor
ACCOUNTABILITY 4
4. Manage import product
- Maintain the relationship with CTI to smooth the import procedure;
- Negotiate the import product change with CTI;
- Import order forecasting to PMI related company;
- Tracking production and arrange transportation;
- Push the A/R procedure to expedite the collect of payment
ACCOUNTABILITY 5
5. Build lean and effective sales supply planning team
- Motivate team member to take challenge
- Develop people with high potential to higher position

3. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Education:
College/University
Work experience:
5 to 10 years of working experience in multinational companies, 3 years at a managerial position, preferably in sales.
In business management or other related areas
Competencies:
Developing direct reports and others, Planning skills, Analytical skills, Communication skills, standing alone
