Required Skills:
1. Primary Spirit Work Package “Offload” Contact in Europe
2. Responsible for performing Capacity and Capability surveys at potential customer suppliers in Europe. Capability/Capacity Survey(s) performed to customer documentation at potential suppliers down-selected from customer mail out surveys.
3. Supplier Selection – Participate with customer Procurement in selecting best value suppliers to support appropriate work packages.
4. Primary interface with selected supplier(s) and customer. Will coordinate work transfer process and be responsible for successful New Product Introduction activities at selected supplier(s). Activities to include, but not limited to:
a. QMS Approvals
b. Process Approvals
c. Manufacturing Plan Approvals
d. First Article Inspection (AS9102)
e. Schedule Oversight & Delivery Assurance
5. After supplier Selection, Responsible for Building a team (5-15 individuals based on work load) that will perform FAI, Source Inspection, Audits (QMS & Process), Manufacturing Plan Approvals, Answer (With help from Spirit) Supplier technical Questions and Trouble shoot supplier issues.
6. After standing up suppliers, Manage on-going activities in perpetuity.
This role will cover multiple locations/suppliers. the supplier listed is not the primary one.
