Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all the marketing material, messaging and communications are consistent with Würth Group CI policies and guidelines
2. Improve and create external marketing materials to support sales and branding on the market
3. Improve and create internal communication materials
4. Responsible for the planning & execution of national & regional trade shows, customer events & sponsorship activities
5. Work with vendor for online shops (Tmall & JD) operation & management
6. Lead the team to maintain the company's official website and develop various social media channels
8. SEO operation

Requirements:
1. Experience in MNC
2. At least 5+ years of successful sales & marketing experiences
3. Experience leading and motivating direct and cross-functional teams
4. Strong negotiating and communication skills in both English and Chinese
