职位描述
Job Description:
l Provide various design and manufacturing solutions to the customer. Collaborate with customer on prototyping and sampling of new customer projects.
l Support engineering team in NPI, in establishing standard procedures and product specifications. Propose test methodologies and specifications.
l Support production team for the problem-resolving in the fabrication of customer products. Applies knowledge of design and engineering to recommend improvements to product and process.
l Follow up world wide technology development in polymeric material manufacturing in company's business scope.
l Introduce and/or deploy new or advanced manufacturing technologies in the company.
l Collaborate in developing of new or advanced technologies in polymeric material manufacturing.
l Lead technology development project, documentation of the research and development work.
l Provide design and manufacturing guide in the implement and deployment of new or advanced technologies.
l Collaborate with colleagues in customer project or technology development in other areas.
Job Requirements:
l Bachelor/Master/PhD, higher degree is prefered.
l Major in polymer materials, polymer processing technology, plastic mold design, etc.
l Experience in plastic injection molding.
l Experience in plastic mold design.
l Experience in using of AutoCAD, Pro/Engineer, Unigraphics, etc.
l Experience in Moldflow application is a plus.
l Experience in plastic compounding is a plus.
l Experience in thermoset plastic processing is a plus.
l Experience in coating/painting, electroplating, PVD, etc of plastics is a plus.
l Familiar with plastic injection molding process.
l Familiar with plastic property test standards and material analysis methodologies.
l Knowledge with polymerization, plastic compounding and formulation, plastic mold design and fabrication. Knowledge with thermoforming, thermosetting plastic processing technologies. Knowledge with thermoplastic elastomers and rubbers.
l Knowledge with DOE, able to design experiments based on the requirement of the project.
l Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical papers, journals, and textbooks. Ability to write project proposal, project reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
l Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
l Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
l Ability to effectively communicate with managers and employees of the organizations.
