工作职责：
- 为交钥匙项目设计工程部分的刀具和夹具方案
  Engineering of tooling and clamping solutions for our turnkey projects
- 向不同供应商询问并研究其提供的刀具、夹具方案
  Inquire tooling and clamping solutions from different suppliers and investigate their proposals
- 联系客户讨论方案并得到客户批准
  Contact our customers to discuss solutions and get their approval
- 在太仓工厂预验收时或在客户处终验收时支持技术员的安装工作
  Support our technicians during set-up, pre-acceptance in Taicang and final acceptance at customer plants, if necessary
- 在SAP系统的材料清单中录入刀具夹具的报价
  Transfer tooling and clamping solutions from quotation stage into SAP bill of materials
- 技术细节统一后申请采购
  Initiate purchasing procedures after technical details have been clarified
- 使用3D-CAD UG软件创建并维护工具布局
  Create and maintain tool layouts with 3D-CAD software UG
- 根据DIN编程和工具布局准备NC部分程序
  Preparing NC part programs according to DIN programming and tool layouts

基本素质要求：Basic qualification
学历Educational background：Bachelor / Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering or more than 5 Years working experience in a similar position / job
年龄Age：30+
性别Gender：male / female
专业 Major: Mechanical Engineering
相关工作经验 relative work experience:
- 至少2年刀具、工装夹具设计方面的工作经验
At least 2 years work experience in tool and workholding design environment
- 有机床行业经验优先考虑
Experience at machine tool business is an advantage
- 汽车行业制造经验者优先
Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus
- 了解不同机床并在零件加工生产方面有一定经验
Understanding of different machine tools and experience in related processes for part manufacturing
- 注重工作结果，能独立完成工作，讲究工作方法
Result-oriented, self-dependent and with a structured way of working
- 注重团队合作
Communicative / team player
