工作职责+任职要求：
Job description
- This function will be put in R&D but work very closely with QA.
- Set up company's inspection standard and cutting instruction of leather for sampling and production.
- Check and confirm materials and samples from different stages including development, fitting, full size grading and production.
- Solve all technical problems during sampling and production and do necessary communication with all related departments.
- Coaching R&D & QA team for the leather and production knowledge and implement the Cortina standard in our factories
- Frequently visit at tannery for sample and production monitoring.
- Make necessary suggestions and improvement for the collection and the brands.

Requirements:
- Rich knowledge and experience in leather selection, grading, cutting, processing, costing, application on products, and sourcing… etic and in shoe production
- 10+ years of experience in leather development and production
- At least 5+ years of solid experience of leather shoe production
- Experience with branded product is a plus.
- Working experience in European companies is a plus
- Knowledge and experience about safety shoes is a plus
- Knowledge of Satra standard and certification is a must
- Education level: degree holder
- Language skills: fluent English and mandarin
- Nationality : can be Chinese or other nationality
- Soft skills: good communication, team spirit and willing to share 举报 分享
