We are looking for a Senior Manager with Engineering/Technical Background for our client, headquartered in Europe, with plant in Taicang.
Job Title: Sales Manager
Reporting Line: General Manager
Industry: Machinery - Drive Techonology & Power Transmission Solutions
Work Scope:
- Business development and new leads generation
- Analyze customer demand, customer support and advisory
- Propose sales target, projects, and actions to GM
- Work closely with proposal team on customer and project acquisition
- Organize different teams to deal with customer requirements or complaints, join in kick-off meeting.
- Maintain long-term relationship with key customers
- Continuous identification of potential markets
Requirements:
? Bachelor or above degree, engineering education background is a must.
? At least 6 years sales/proposal experience in industrial equipment industry
? Leadership is preferred. Able to improve subordinates’ performance.
? Results oriented, self-driven, well organized
? Good command of both written and spoken English
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
