Scope:
? Capture and analysis customer requirements, ICDs and subsystem control logic. Track and maintain the open issues.
? Wiring system design contains load calculation, power distribution, grounding design, wire selection per customer and Lear design rules.
? Draft & deliver cut sheet files, option code matrix, system DFMEA, Topology & physical schematics.
? Maintain wiring schematics, regular engineering change and documents
? Engineering support for the mule car/homologation vehicle build/retrofit/test
Education:
? Bachelor or above degree in Electronics Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, &Engineering.
? Knowledge of a typical automotive product development process, including specifics such as FMEA, DVP&R and PSW
? Familiar with full-vehicle electrical architecture/power management; familiar with vehicle power distribution knowledge.
? Must have the schematic design experience& familiar with at least one schematics design tool
Experience:
? Experience in CHS system is highly preferred
? Knowledge in project management with timing control, reporting
? Good at English writing and speaking
