职位描述
我们招聘的2012年应届毕业生的初级职位是猎头助理,未来根据其能力与业绩表现发展为猎头顾问,行业经理,甚至是公司合伙人均有可能.
但要求应聘者以下几点:
一全日制本科及以上学历,在校社会活动积极,性格外向,心态积极阳光;
二,具备较好的英文能力,英文具备基本沟通能力;
三有过较多的实习经历,特别是销售经历优先.
四,对猎头行业有了解,愿意长期在此行业发展;
