职位描述
1、 参与制订和执行公司销售战略计划及具体销售目标。
2、 建立公司销售团队，细分市场，建立、拓展销售网络。
3、 销售部门各人员的销售计划分解及执行。
4、 制定营销策略，销售部门的方案，费用预算、审核、控制与统筹。
5、 管理销售人员，帮助建立、补充、发展、培养销售队伍，
6、 协调企业内外部关系，对企业市场销售战略计划的执行进行监督和控制。
7、 制定营销系统年度专业培训计划并协调实施，负责组织销售人员技术和业务培训
8、 做好现有产品和在研产品的市场调查研究和重点项目考察工作。
9、 参与组织产品技术相关的市场推广活动
职位要求：
1、具备生物学研究背景的硕士以上学历人员。
2、具备丰富的营销管理经验和团队建设能力。
3、具有五年以上销售生物应用仪器和耗材的经验。
4、在生物医药研究领域有丰富的客户资源及人脉。
5、具有敏感的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强，具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力。
6、具备良好的沟通合作技巧。
