岗位主要职责（或工作内容）：
position responsibilities：
1. 负责根据公司需求开发相适应的供应商
In charge of sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers for parts according to company requirement
2. 负责同质量部门一起，协调新供应商的现场评审，并对现有供应商进行年度审核
Coordination of necessary new supplier audit with the relevant people in Quality Department. Support the annual audit for current suppliers.
3. 负责新产品的开发,包括询价，样品制作确认直到批量生产，并在系统中进行维护。
Follow-up all development new part process including RFQ, sample confirmation, Mass production, maintain material price in Navision system for responsible parts;
4. 负责与供应商进行价格和付款方式的谈判,协调交货过程出现的质量和不及时问题。
Negotiation with supplier for best price and payment term，coordinate to solve the quality and delay problems.
5. 负责收集供应商绩效数据，进行风险分析，供应商关系管理维护
Supplier performance monitor; Risk analysis, and supply relationship management
6. 上级交办的其它事项

job requirement：
1.具有大本以上学历、机制或电气或材料专业；
Bachelor degree at least. Major in Mechanical and electrical, material
2.至少2年的采购经验，有机械行业经验优先
At least 2 years sourcing experience；Mechanical industry experience preferred
3.能够经常出差；
Willing to travel frequently
4.熟练电脑办公软件;
Familiar with Microsoft office software
5. 英语熟练
Good English skill in speaking and writing
6. 能够独立处理任务，在压力下能应对自如
Can handle task independently. Can work under pressure.
