Areas of responsibility:
-Hiring
1. Build up & review the recruitment process, and provide professional recommendation after interview;
2. Review the recruitment process according to business needs;
3. Leading and support intern and graduate recruitment;
4. On-line hiring channel management, and analyze the ROI of different recruitment channels according to final candidates on-board;
5. Recruitment tracking report updated on monthly basis.
-Staffing management & implementation
1. Closely work with all FESCO in different city for the employee relations on benefits management, documentations, related handling, etc.
2. New hire and quit staff implementation process;
3. Figure out the staff request from HR perspective with professional support;
4. Staff status record and turnover rate analysis.
-Leading and Coordinate with regional HRs in different city to monitor HR related programs execution
1. Overview and monitor whole China region staff status including staffing, hiring, HR process, HR activities and C&B to update, foresee issues, and initiatively to propose solutions.
2. Closely work with regional HR to propose programs / process and suggest the improvement area initiatively.
3. Keep HRD updated for new /existing programs running status
4. Hold monthly HR meeting to keep smooth communication with other regional offices.
-HR training & workshop support and delivery
1. New hired office staff orientation delivery and arrange cross function training plan with Director. Monitor training result and follow up the feedback from new hires;
2. Searching training resources including internal & external;
3. Coordinate with HRD for the internal training /workshop plan and implementation;
4. Consolidate training record;
5. Follow up training evaluation feedback and analysis the result of ROI.
-Support existing or new HR programs/policies/progress/ activities running and improvement
1. Coordinate with HRD to run the programs/policies on the right and expected way;
2. Initiatively to get employees’ feedback or by Benefit Committee on current programs /activities running status and give suggestions to improve current programs if required;
3. Actively propose new programs/ process/ activities according to business needs and improve employee engagement.
4. As an own to arrange all HR activities execution.
-Employee care and engagement
1. Initiatively to draft HR Tips irregularly included e-birthday card, holiday notice, health care, life attention,etc.
2. Manage employee engagement on positive way, provide idea/programs for the selection of management team;
3. Tracking all company provided benefits by various ways to evaluate the results and provide solution for issues.
-HR Admin related reports to Management team
1. Leading all regional office to consolidate different HR & Admin reports for Management team:
i. Staff turnover report on monthly basis.
ii. Staff status analysis on monthly basis.
iii. Consolidate C&B report and analysis on monthly basis.
2. And all other reports when required.
-C&B process review/ execution/ monitor
1. Review the C&B payment to ensure the accuracy within China region for all offices;
2. Monitor the whole C&B process to provide the improvement tips when necessary;
3. Leading the annual salary review process according to management’s requirments, and to provide market C&B data from different market research agency;
4. Responsible for C&B analysis to ensure a competitive compensation strategy.
-Ensuring compliance with China local Labour Law
1. As a key advisor to ensure compliance with the local legal framework in terms of employment labour law;
2. Monitor social insurance law for the whole China region;
3. Provide internal training when a new labour regulation is released;
-Administration Responsibilities
1. Handle all administration related management work within China Region;
2. Carry out admininstration related policies to ensure a smooth business operation;
3. Provide high quality admininstration function on timely basis;
4. Leading all offices’ responsible person to ensure a good and safe working environment with facilities in good condition;
5. Coach and provide guidance to administration staff to work professionally;
6. Other work assigned by the Directors.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above (Business Administration or other equivalent preferred);
? 10+ years’ hands-on experience in HR & Admin field, with 5+ years in managerial level preferred in multi-national firm;
? Strategic thinking & management skills;
? Creative approach to problem solving with hands-on experience;
? Meticulous, highly organized & possess strong coordination skills. Other key attributes include being accountable, resourceful, independent, diplomatic, hard working and self-motivated
? Good command of spoken and written English;
? Good computer skills.
