Job description with roles & responsibilities:

50% Local 8D coordinator
? Specialist in 8D methods and RCA tools methodology.
? Steering, controlling and coaching local 8D’s class C which run in the local plant for:
？ 0-km complaint, together with Plant Quality Manager.
？ Internal quality issues, together with Plant Quality Manager.
？ Supplier quality issues, together with Supplier Quality Engineer.
？ Field complaint issues, together with Implementation Team Leaders (LCM)
？ Development quality issues, together with DQ and NPI Project manager
? Proactive in escalations to BU-IW Quality when local 8D’s are raised to class A&B
? Supports on 8D’s class A&B when common or global
? Set up, plan agenda and moderate local Plant 8D follow-up meetings to monitor progress and content.
? Sharing of know-how in 8D’s across BU, especially D7 steps, as input to Continuous Improvement.

50% Local Process FMEA Moderator
? Global related
？ Specialist in Process FMEA methodology and software.
？ Aligning and sharing Best Practices P-FMEA with other Plants and P-FMEA system owner.
？ Aligning P-FMEA with other Local P-FMEA Moderators and BUIW P-FMEA system owner (Global P-FMEA moderator meeting).
？ Steering and controlling the P-FMEA teams to apply the BU IW methodology correctly.
? Project and plant related
？ Set up and maintain fora: Project P-FMEA Reviews and Plant P-FMEA Reviews.
？ Preparation of meetings (structure in the software) and data (failure modes, actions...).
？ Organize review triangle meetings with Quality, Process Engineering and Production. Moderating during determination of level of details and scoring and actions. Updates in IQ software or other released software system.
？ Preparation of input for Gate reports and Technical Reviews during development of new gearboxes.
？ Pareto analysis and reporting of risk status for input to Gate during NPI and Product Review during LCM phase Project specific risk, scrap and complaint handling (Field failures, NCR’s, …) triggers updates of P-FMEA.

Location of vacancies:
In local plant ZF Wind Power (Lommel, Coimbatore, Gainesville, Tianjin) and ZF Industrial (Beijing, Witten)

Requirements:

? You obtained a (Master) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
? Thanks to your proven track record and experience of approximately 5-10 years, you have developed an essential interest in the field of quality assurance
? You have obtained knowledge of following Quality methods:
？ 8D, 5 Why’s, Ishikawa-Fishbone, Process-FMEA, Design-FMEA, ….
? You are analytical with a strong sense of logic
? Thanks to your well-developed helicopter view you are able to see big picture
? Thanks to your moderation, communication skills you are able to drive projects and influence where needed
? Thanks to your emotional intelligence you are a natural people coach
? Methodological way of working is your second nature
? You are fluent in English (written + oral skills) and local language, knowledge of German is a plus
? You are willing to travel for international projects (10%) to other ZFWP plants worldwide 举报 分享
