Newell Brand’s Talent Acquisition is a comprehensive recruitment solution provider. We are currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Representative to join our team in Shanghai, China. This individual will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, APAC, based in Shanghai, and will deliver recruiting support to various businesses across the Region. This will include full lifecycle recruitment and interaction with various business leaders and hiring managers. As required, s/he will partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand business goals, and identify, source, screen and attract a diverse slate of candidates to meet job requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Full management of the Applicants Tracking System (Taleo)
- Candidate sourcing, including the use of Internet job boards, creative sourcing, social media, internal resume database, cold calling, and Advanced Internet Recruitment Strategies (AIRS)
- Manage the staffing process from sourcing and selection through final offer as required
- Perform phone interviews and face-to-face interviews as required
- Participate in the design and placement of employment advertising as necessary in order to find qualified candidates
- May arrange for interviews and travel/lodging of selected applicants as necessary
- Will work with Taleo on a daily basis to manage candidates throughout the interview process
- Build relationships with specific organizations and associations
- Support special projects and improvement efforts as needed

Requirements:
? University degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
? 2 to 3 years Human Resources experience, preferably in an in-house recruitment or search firm function.
? Experience in multinational companies recruitment project desirable.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
? Proven ability to work with people from various cultural backgrounds at different levels.
? Ability to communicate in English and Chinese fluently. 举报 分享
