工作职责：
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Industrial Engineering team
2. Overall factory layout planning
3. Overall line configuration & capacity planning
4. Review new demand, and resource allocation
5. IE model definition and DL H/C & DL utilization/productivity improvement
6. Identify improvement opportunities in workstation ergonomics, factory layout, line balance, rearranging job duties, material flow, line configuration, jig and automation design etc.
7. Drive LBR/ PBR performance improvement
8. Layout & material flow optimization and space management
9. Drive Continuous Improvement in capacity plan and capacity optimization
任职要求：
Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above; major in IE
2. Min 6+ years MNC related working experience
3. Good oral English
4. Good communication skills and time management ability
